CADIC Offline Support Services
CADIC's Offline Support Services will be a resource base of methods and cluster management tools to support the effective and efficient offline IC-Flow between the SMEs collaborating in a CADIC Cluster. These are e.g. methods to shape collaboration events within the different life cycles, workshop and Flexible Learning Environment design and special facilitation and moderation techniques, methods to reactivate cluster activities.

You can download here a presentation about Spaces Processes and Event Design for facilitating innovation, creativity and communication in organisational contexts.
Also integrated in the resource base are special working aids for CADIC members to support their individual cluster activities (e.g. Cluster rule templates, starter kits for new members, initiation checklists, aids to transfer knowledge from the cluster to participating SMEs).
Though not all individual offline services fostering the collaboration within clusters are newly created on the project, the way CADIC will bundle and align them according to the cluster core activities within the service portfolio of the role Cluster Facilitator is new and will significantly enhance cluster building and growth.
